Oh, Those Glorious, Texas Wildflowers!

Good morning! Another glorious wildflower day, close up and personal. I'm just in love with these wonderful blessings of nature!

Fields of Bluebonnets

This is a continuation of the spectacular visit to "Bluebonnet" country. Those fields of wildflowers were just breathtaking!

These bluebonnets were on  the side of the road.  This was just the beginning.  There's more to come on this spectacular adventure!

Okay, I've got to begin to get serious about this blogging!  This is a 6 x 8 painting and is of some of the spectacular, yellow wildflowers along the road in South Texas.  Karen Rike and I kept looking for yellow among the bluebonnets and we found them!

These images are paintings in the Landscapes and Vistas Exhibition at the TVAA Downtown Gallery, Plaza of the Americas, April 1st through April 30th.   Three of my favorite locations. Texas Hill Country,  Big D and my beloved Georgia O'Keefe Country in New Mexico.
