This is such a glorious spot....the Chama River in New Mexico. The photo was taken from the famous overlook on my birthday in October a couple of years ago. Since I have many paintings from the summertime, I wanted to capture the colors of the fall. So, I recently painted this one to remind me of Georgia O'Keeffe country.
